I found the hotel's location good and perfect, just off Brussels for business in the area, public transport and many amenities and the centre of Brussels. It was near Istanbul Grill, where you can have lunch...

The well situated hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre. It is in an area with many shops and restaurants where you can eat great . The lounge area of the hotel with a great atmosphere at all times and very well decorated. As well as the rooms with modern furniture and which do not lack detail. They provide you with a toiletry bag with products that are filled every day.
I couldn't sleep a single day of the four nights I was there. In particular the room that we played horrible, you could hear the music that you could not even close an eye. I still don't know if it was from the lounge area of the hotel or from the bar that was attached to it, we went there on holidays and at 4 o'clock in the morning some day the music was still on... the music goes off the noise of the tram starts, of course on the first floor and with windows to the street sounds as if you had it in bed. I imagine that they are tired of reading this criticism to the music and noise, what I do not understand is how they continue giving those rooms to the clients... that cheap the hotel was not for nothing.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom, attentive and friendly reception staff. Curious decoration. Breakfast is varied. quality price is right for being the city that it is. location is not bad, tram 92 leaves you very close to the center or the central station.
Rooms: Lack of more wardrobes for clothes. Windows that do not isolate from outside noise. last two nights of our stay, because of some works in the street, they connected a generator to supply electricity to the hotel, noise of this device during the night was very annoying, therefore, ask for interior rooms. Cleaning: Regular, after cleaning we could find hair in the shower, they didn't take out the garbage completely, clean towels they left us were completely wet, beds were not made properly.. Breakfast: Varied and complete, monotonous, every day the same: the same bread, same pastries, same sausage. main problem is that one thing or another was always missing and staff took a long time to replace it.

Unique bar atmosphere, Engaging lobby design, Innovative room design
The Wi-Fi connectivity can be frustratingly slow!!! Noise from common areas disrupts the peace, especially at night!!! Some maintenance is needed in the rooms, like fixing broken kettles and dealing with the heating issues!!!

The massive bed and stylish hotel bar created a cozy vibe, but the noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep peacefully.
